You Don’t Have to Keep Holding It All Together

On the outside, you may seem capable and composed.
Inside, your mind feels busy, your body tense, or your heart guarded.

Maybe you: Lie awake replaying conversations. Feel easily overwhelmed or overstimulated. Struggle to fully relax, even in safe moments. Notice old wounds showing up in your relationships. Long for closeness, yet pull away when you fear being hurt.

These patterns often arise from your attachment experiences — the ways your mind and heart learned to keep you safe in past relationships.

You are not broken. Your nervous system has been trying to protect you. With compassionate support, you can begin to feel safer, more connected, and more present — both within yourself and with others.

Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, healing from trauma, or strengthening your relationship, therapy can be a steady and safe way to begin the healing journey. Healing is possible. I’m here to meet you where you and help you get to where you want to be.

I’m Natasha, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, providing Individual and Couples Therapy in Pasadena (in-person) and virtually, throughout California.
