  • I am not taking insurance at this time, however I am able to provide a superbill made available upon request. My recommendation would be to contact your insurance provider and inquire about their reimbursement rates and submission process.

  • First, welcome. I’m glad you’re here. A good next step would be to book a free 15-minute consultation call with me to make sure we are a good fit for services. From there, we can discuss setting up an initial session.

  • My session rate is $225/50-minute session. 75 and 90 minute sessions are available upon recommendation. Any additional minutes are prorated according to my session rate.

  • Yes, I offer both virtual and in-person sessions. For telehealth sessions, please consider the following:

    • Be in a private and safe location to minimize unwanted interruptions

    • Have a secure wi-fi signal

  • I will tailor our work according to your needs and goals. Family sessions will be incorporated for the purpose of strengthening the family system. You are valuable and don’t operate alone.

  • As a trauma-focused model, it is essential we move at a pace that feels safe for you. Similar to talk therapy, we will begin our work organizing information in a way that facilitates and organizes a plan to help you reach your goal. You’ll be informed of the EMDR process, and together, we’ll explores resources to support you throughout the reprocessing stages. I’m here to guide you and provide a supportive environment throughout the various phrases of the EMDR process.

    Both in-person and telehealth sessions are available. A typical EMDR session lasts 50-90 minutes.

    In our consultation, we can discuss if EMDR is a good fit for you.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    •You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
    • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
    • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
    • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
