Hi, I’m Natasha!
If you’re here, you may be looking for a supportive space where you can finally untangle and just be — without having to hold everything together on your own. A space where you can bring your whole self. A type of therapy that feels safe enough to go deep and wrestle with the hard. That’s what I hope to offer in our work together.
I work with individuals and couples specialities in anxiety, trauma and relational distress. In my practice, I often incorporate Restoration Therapy, EMDR and experiential practices to help you move beyond insight into real change.
I believe healing happens in connection. Many of the struggles we face — anxiety, relationship conflict, stress, emotional overwhelm — are rooted in patterns our nervous system learned to stay safe and survive. In therapy, we gently and curiously explore those patterns and create new ways of responding and engaging with yourself, others, and the world.
Clients described my style as warm, collaborative, and gently directive. In our sessions, you can expect a steady, compassionate space, practical tools, and thoughtful guidance — with room for joy and honesty.
Therapeutic work, for me, feels less of a career path and more of a life journey. What an honor it is to sit side-by-side with clients longing for a different off-ramp, a self-voice that is more rooted and grounded, a renewed sense of hope, and a change that brings relief and new opportunities.
Let’s be honest. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. My hope is that this page — and our first conversation — helps you feel a sense of ease and trust as you take that first step.
