Grief is often complicated in nature. It can be the loss of a significant love one, but it can also be what arises when moving through a life transition, a break-up or even a career/job change. These losses can lead to immense and difficult emotions and the complex nature of “moving forward.” Grief is absolutely normal with loss.
There is no no “fix it” solution with grief, nor is it linear. Rather, it is a process of honoring time and holding space for meaning-making; experiencing wholeness. I will encourage empowerment, connection and integration so you can make room within the grief for joy, connection and healing.
You don’t have to navigate grief alone.

COUPLES
Helping partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and create safety and closeness in their relationship.
You might be seeking therapy for pre-marital or marital counseling. As your therapist, I will guide and support you in understanding the cycles of emotion and behaviors within the context of your relationship. Themes couples come to therapy seeking support with include navigating life transitions, family dynamics, strengthening communication, and trust rebuilding. With the undergirding of attachment, mindfulness and emotional regulation, we will work to identify negative “pain” cycles and empower you towards new patterns of behavior that leads to greater intimacy and a deeper connection.
Neuroplasticity is key here. You will acquire tools, build understanding, and most importantly practice experiential exercises of connecting from a place of peace and empowered choice.
Restoration Therapy trained, experiential, mindfulness, emotional regulation, CBT principles.
Helping you towards a more empowered self.

The teenage years are a unique time of growth—both challenging and exhilarating. You don’t have to navigate this time alone. I’m here to support teens in connecting with themselves, finding their voice, and building the resilience needed to face life’s ups and downs.
In our sessions, we’ll explore the emotional landscape of both the joys and hardships that come with adolescence. Together, we’ll equip teens with personalized tools and strategies to help them make healthy, empowered choices in their everyday lives.
When necessary, I also incorporate family sessions to strengthen communication and support within the family system—because understanding family dynamics is a key part of navigating these formative years.
