EMDR is an evidence-based approach designed to help the brain and body heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. When something overwhelming happens, the nervous system can hold onto those memories in a way that continues to trigger emotional or physical distress, even long after the event.
EMDR supports the natural healing process by engaging both sides of the brain through gentle, guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation. This allows painful memories to be processed and integrated - so they no longer feel as charged or defining.
In our work together, EMDR is woven in a relational and parts-aware framework, meaning we move at a pace that feels safe and supported. You remain in control at every step. The goal isn’t to relive the past, but release it’s hold - so you can experience greater calm, clarity and confidence in the present.

Couples Therapy
Helping partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and create safety and closeness in their relationship.
You might be seeking therapy for pre-marital or marital counseling. As your therapist, I will guide and support you in understanding the cycles of emotion and behaviors within the context of your relationship. Themes couples come to therapy seeking support with include navigating life transitions, family dynamics, strengthening communication, and trust rebuilding. With the undergirding of attachment, mindfulness and emotional regulation, we will work to identify negative “pain” cycles and empower you towards new patterns of behavior that leads to greater intimacy and a deeper connection.
Neuroplasticity is key here. You will acquire tools, build understanding, and most importantly practice experiential exercises of connecting from a place of peace and empowered choice.
Restoration Therapy trained, experiential, mindfulness, emotional regulation, CBT principles.
Helping you towards a more empowered self.

GRIEF & LOSS
Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.
Grief is often complicated in nature. It can be the loss of a significant love one, but it can also be what arises when moving through a life transition, a break-up or even a career/job change. These losses can lead to immense and difficult emotions and the complex nature of “moving forward.” Grief is absolutely normal with loss.
There is no no “fix it” solution with grief, nor is it linear. Rather, it is a process of honoring time and holding space for meaning-making; experiencing wholeness. I will encourage empowerment, connection and integration so you can make room within the grief for joy, connection and healing.
You don’t have to navigate grief alone.
