Hi, I’m Natasha. Maybe like you, I’ve had my fair share of wrestling with the in-between. The spaces that needed to be seen, valued, nurtured, cultivated, and most importantly felt.  Integrating and understanding how formation began to take place in those spaces has informed her sense of what it means to unroot to re-root.

I find supporting supporting fellow human beings in helping them see themselves from fully, as whole beings, as meaningful work. Being whole deserves understanding and curiosity to the various parts of the self, brings peace to the disruption, promotes deeper rooted connection that spurs a new voice and an alternate and hopeful path forward.

She enjoys working with the BIPOC community, and individuals from emerging adulthood to high achieving professionals, and those in the ministry field.

Other clinical spaces include serving as Affiliate Faculty at Fuller Theological Seminary, where she enjoys supporting students throughout their clinical development (Clinical Foundations instructor, facilitating consultation groups) and facilitating several patient support groups at Cancer Support Community, San Gabriel Valley in Sierra Madre, CA.

When she’s not in office, you can find her cultivating meaningful connections with family and friends, enjoying the hills and waves that the California coast has to offer, live music, finding good eats and exploring new places, both locally and abroad.

MSMFT with emphasis in Medical Family Therapy

Here are the themes I work with most often in my practice:

Here’s what I think my clients would tell you about me:

  • I’m warm, calming, and nonjudgmental, but I will also speak directly, and challenge you when needed.

  • I’m open to discussing whatever is on your mind, but I’ll also give you guidance, structure, and occasional things to work on between sessions.

  • I’m a natural encourager and optimist, but we will also make space for lament and grief when we need to.

  • I can dig the StrengthsFinder and the Enneagram (lots of my clients happen to be ones, twos, fours, and eights, if you were curious!)

  • We can incorporate faith (and struggles with faith, e.g. faithshifts) into your therapy if that’s important to you.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.
